The Role

We’re looking for our first Marketing & Creative Design Lead to join our Marketing team and own the visual voice of Arato during a period of rapid growth.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and creative work. You will craft the visual language that defines how Arato shows up across every channel – from demand gen campaigns and event presence to sales collateral and new feature releases.

Your work will directly shape how AI teams, product leaders, and compliance owners perceive and trust Arato as the definitive assurance layer for the agentic era.

Core Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Identity: Own and evolve the Arato visual identity – ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Arato. That means developing and protecting the brand’s unique aesthetic while pushing it forward as we scale.
  • Campaign Creative: Design creative assets for demand gen campaigns, ABM programs, digital advertising, and events – from concept through delivery.
  • Content & Collateral: Create high-impact one-pagers, pitch decks, and event materials that make the Arato story impossible to ignore – turning complex AI validation concepts into visuals that land with technical and business audiences alike.
  • Web & Digital Design: Own the design of web pages and landing pages that drive conversion and reinforce Arato’s position as the category leader for AI assurance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to translate messaging into visuals that resonate with our potential customers – product leaders, compliance owners, and AI engineering teams.
  • Illustration & Brand Building: Contribute to and expand Arato’s illustration library, bringing our scientific-yet-playful visual language to life across formats.
  • AI-Driven Design: Leverage AI design tools to accelerate production and deliver higher-quality assets at scale.

Requirements

  • The Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design or visual marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. Experience designing for AI related tools, or enterprise audiences is a significant advantage.
  • Brand Fluency: You are comfortable shaping the brand from the ground up – and help it grow. Familiarity with illustration-forward, non-generic brand aesthetics is a major plus.
  • Full-Stack Creative: Proven ability to produce across formats – digital ads, presentations, web, print, and event materials – with a strong portfolio to show for it.
  • Strategic Execution: You’re a “doer” who can also think big. You move seamlessly from brand strategy to the pixel-level details of a campaign asset.
  • Impact Focused: You measure success by the impact your work has on brand perception and pipeline — not just the number of assets delivered.
  • AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI design tools (like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Figma AI and other tools) to accelerate your creative output and push the quality of your work.
  • Exceptional Communication: You can present your creative rationale clearly, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
