Global Channel Partner Manager

The Role

Arato.ai is looking for a Global Channel Partner Manager to build and lead our indirect revenue engine from our Tel Aviv HQ. This is a high-impact, “player-builder” role. You won’t just manage a portal or source leads; you will be a co – selling with our partners in the field to win business.

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and selling alongside Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs) and consultancies. Your mission is to ensure Arato is the foundational reliability layer for their GenAI deployments and product offerings worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and sign high-intent partners with established footprints in AI transformation and enterprise software.
  • Active Co-Selling: Drive the sales process in tandem with partner account teams. You are the “closer” who joins discovery calls and pitches to represent the Arato value proposition and secure the win.
  • Segment Mastery: Execute tailored “sell-with” and “sell-through” motions.
  • Program Enablement: Become the definitive expert on the Arato platform. Train partner sales teams not just on features, but on how to communicate the business impact of GenAI reliability.
  • Global Pipeline Ownership: Own a revenue quota driven through joint sales cycles. Orchestrate collaboration between partners and Arato’s internal sales team to ensure zero friction.
  • Drive requirements for partner revenue growth back to Product & Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in Channel Sales, Alliances, or Partner Management in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in active co-selling.
  • Product Fluency: You must become an expert on the Arato platform. While you aren’t the “technical” lead, you must lead discovery and demos that convince stakeholders of our value without needing a seat-mate.
  • Enterprise Savvy: Deep understanding of how to navigate complex, multi-party deals involving a partner, a client, and internal stakeholders.
  • Global Execution: Experience building and managing partner ecosystems across EMEA, North America and Asia while based in Israel.
  • The “Builder” Mindset: Experience in a “0 to 1” environment. You enjoy creating the assets, playbooks, and processes that allow a channel to scale.
  • Communication: Native-level English. You must be a persuasive storyteller who can command a room of partner sales reps or C-level executives.
