The Role
We’re looking for an BDR who knows how to execute at a high level: someone who understands outbound, knows how to generate pipeline, and takes ownership over results.
You will be the first point of contact with potential customers – engaging AI leaders, creating opportunities, and driving our top-of-funnel growth.
You’ll work closely with the GTM Lead and founders, executing outbound efforts, learning fast, and helping us continuously improve how we generate pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Outbound: Own day-to-day outbound execution across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts, run personalized outreach, and consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Lead Qualification & First Touch: Act as the first interaction with prospects. Qualify leads, understand their needs, and drive conversations toward next steps (meetings, demos, PoCs).
- Inbound & Speed-to-Lead: Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify efficiently, and ensure high-intent opportunities are not missed.
- Execution & Optimization: Work with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Execute outbound sequences, track activity, and maintain clean CRM data.
- Market Feedback: Capture insights from conversations (pain points, objections, patterns) and share learnings with the GTM and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR / BDR / outbound sales role (startup or tech environment preferred)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn etc
- Excellent English – written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Strong writing ability – clear, concise, and personalized outreach
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and execute consistently
- High energy, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience with outbound automation, sequencing, or workflow improvements
Nice to have (bonus points)
- Experience selling to technical personas (AI, data, engineering, product)
- Familiarity with GenAI / AI infrastructure space
