We’re now hiring our first Growth & Demand Generation Lead to build and own Arato’s growth engine from the ground up.

This is a foundational role working directly with the founding team and reporting to Head of Marketing, to design and execute the strategy that generates pipeline, engages mid-market & enterprise buyers, and establishes Arato as a category leader.

The Role

You will own Arato’s B2B growth and demand generation engine end-to-end.

Your mission is to generate qualified pipelines and build scalable growth channels that support our sales-led motion.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role – you will define the growth roadmap while also executing campaigns, launching experiments, and optimizing the funnel yourself.

You’ll work closely with the founders, sales, and product to align growth initiatives with real customer demand and build the foundation of Arato’s go-to-market engine.

Core Responsibilities

Build and own the growth engine

  • Own pipeline generation and growth metrics including qualified pipeline, CAC efficiency, and funnel conversion
  • Build Arato’s B2B demand generation strategy from scratch
  • Develop scalable acquisition channels that consistently generate enterprise pipeline
  • Own budget at every stage. This role requires experience managing marketing campaigns budget of at least $1M/year.

Paid acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Manage performance marketing budgets with clear ROI and pipeline attribution
  • Continuously test targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve performance
  • Continuously refine the funnel from first touch to qualified opportunity
  • Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead qualification, targeting, and conversion. Prioritize accounts and coordinate multi-touch campaigns 
  • Build targeted campaigns combining paid, content, and outbound efforts
  • Work with external experts on SEO/GEO strategy and execution to drive organic traffic

Analytics, conversion & funnel optimization

  • Own the end-to-end funnel from website visitor to qualified pipeline
  • Improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • Run ongoing experiments to increase conversion rates across the funnel
  • Define core growth metrics and reporting infrastructure
  • Run rapid growth experiments across channels, messaging, and audiences
  • Use data to identify winning strategies and scale them quickly

Requirements

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience building growth programs at early-stage startups (Seed–Series B) or high-growth SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of generating qualified B2B pipeline and managing budget hands-on

Core skills

  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO and organic demand generation
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and sales-led growth models

Execution mindset

  • Highly hands-on operator comfortable launching campaigns, writing copy, building landing pages, and analyzing performance
  • Data-driven with a strong experimentation mindset
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
