Account Executive

The Role

Arato.ai is looking for a high-impact Founding Account Executive to lead our expansion into the US and European markets. Based in our Tel Aviv HQ, you will be the first sales hire dedicated to US and EMEA, responsible for establishing our presence across our core segments: SaaS providers & ISVs, Enterprises, and System Integrators/ consultants.
You will be supported by a dedicated SDR team, but as a “founding” hire, you will be responsible for hunting and personally driving the “0 to 1” strategy for the region—identifying high-value targets, building the partnership ecosystem, and closing mid-market to enterprise-level deals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Own the full sales cycle, targeting technical decision-makers (CPO’s, CTOs, Heads of AI, VP Engineering).
  • Segment Strategy: Execute tailored sales motions for:
    • ISVs & SaaS: Helping them embed reliable GenAI into their own products.
    • Enterprises: Moving their internal AI initiatives from sandbox to production.
    • System Integrators: Enabling partners to deliver Arato-powered reliability to their end-clients.
  • Collaborative Pipeline: Work with SDRs to qualify leads while maintaining a personal outbound “hunter” motion for strategic accounts.
  • Technical Mastery: Lead business discovery, qualification and product demonstrations. You must be able to articulate how Arato’s solutions fit in the AI space.
  • Regional Playbook: Define the regional GTM strategy, navigating regional nuances such as the EU AI Act and local procurement standards.

Requirements

  • SaaS Sales Record: 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically closing Mid-Market and Enterprise deals ($50k–$150k+ ARR).
  • Technical Background: Deep experience selling product and technical infrastructure, dev-tools, or AI/ML platforms. You must be comfortable discussing AI.
  • Ecosystem Experience: Proven ability to sell to and through ISVs and System Integrators.
  • The “Founding” Mindset: Experience as an early-stage hire who can build processes while executing. You are hands-on, resilient, and proactive.
  • EMEA Expertise: Success selling into Europe from Israel a bonus
  • Communication: Native-level English is a must. Proficiency in European languages is a major advantage.
  • Travel: Ability to travel (approx. 25%) for face-to-face closings and partner summits.
