AI Go-to-Market Engineer
About Arato
Arato is the reality check for GenAI products. We focus on one critical problem: ensuring GenAI-powered experiences deliver real business value – safely, reliably, and consistently – before they reach customers.
Arato enables teams to test at scale – running thousands of diverse, synthetic user journeys – while going deep on analysis. We don’t just surface failures; we quantify accuracy, consistency, regressions, security risks, and user experience breakdowns with structured, data-driven insights. The result is clear visibility into product readiness, risk exposure, and performance trade-offs.
Trusted by forward-thinking companies across industries, our mission is to help the world “Do AI Right” – by catching what matters before it impacts customers, revenue, and brand trust.
The Role
At Arato, we are moving past the era of static GTM. We need an AI GTM Engineer who can both build the engine and help steer the ship. This role is unique: you aren’t just building the pipes; you are actively designing the Go-To-Market plays that those pipes support, supporting both Sales and Marketing motions. You will be the bridge between technical AI implementation and high-level GTM execution.
In this position, you will define, build, operate and own the GTM Operating System. This means you are responsible for the infrastructure (the “How”) and support the tactical activities (the “What”). You will leverage a deep understanding of the modern AI GTM landscape to automate the mundane and supercharge our sales and marketing velocity.
Core Responsibilities
- AI Infrastructure & Tooling
- AI Tool Integration: Evaluate, deploy, and manage “AI-first” GTM tools (using tools like Clay, Claude-Code, Notebook LM, and others) to build AI-driven workflows that will accelerate our go to market. Identify opportunities based on business needs and build custom flows to support it.
- Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous “AI agents” that monitor, plan and execute on repeatable tasks such as: outbound efforts, lead scoring, competitor research, intent signals and more.
- LLM Implementation: Use LLMs to categorize inbound leads, summarize sales calls (through tools like Fathom), and update CRM records automatically.
- GTM Strategy & Execution
- Campaign Orchestration: Support optimizing outbound sequences, lead routing rules, and account-based marketing (ABM) triggers.
- Funnel Analysis: Monitor the health of the GTM funnel – from top-of-funnel discovery to customer success – and proactively suggest tactical shifts based on data.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with Account Executives to identify friction points in their workflow and deploy technical solutions to solve them.
- Data & Systems Architecture
- Technical Stack Ownership: Maintain the synchronization between our CRM and engagement platforms.
- Signal Capture: Build systems to capture “social” and product-usage signals, turning them into actionable tasks for the GTM team.
Requirements
- The Technical Toolkit: Deep hands-on experience building AI-powered GTM workflows, from lead enrichment and scoring to personalized outreach sequences, using platforms like Clay, n8n, or Make augmented with LLM actions.
- You know how to design and orchestrate multi-step AI agents that work autonomously across the GTM stack (research → qualify → enrich → engage).
- You’re fluent in prompt engineering and know how to get reliable, structured outputs from LLMs at scale.
- Python and SQL are useful tools in your belt, but your primary instinct is to solve problems through AI-native workflows rather than code.
- You stay current with the fast-moving AI tooling landscape and can quickly evaluate and adopt new models, agents, or automation layers as they emerge.
- GTM Intuition: You understand the difference between a MQL and a PQL. You know what a “good” outbound email looks like and how to build a system that generates them at scale.
- Operational Excellence: You have experience managing GTM activities—whether that’s running an email campaign, managing a lead list, or auditing a sales pipeline.
Why Arato.ai?
We don’t want a “ticket taker.” We want a partner in growth. You will have the budget to experiment with the latest AI GTM tools and the autonomy to rewrite our playbook if you find a better way to win. You will help us build and a market leading GTM org.
